Iphone 4 - 8gb - Network 3 please read ?

iphone 4 black - 8gb is on network 3 , however the person i brought the phone off has told me they are cancling the contract and not paying it anymore therefore i am unsure if it will be blocked. i have now got the 4s on orange so no use for this .... offers welcome 07969356807
